Playing the Game

The GM will describe the situation for each phase of the heist, and the players (raccoons) will describe what they do. They'll roll one of their stats, and if successful they do the action. If they fail, they do it but incur hunger or danger as appropriate.

Making Checks

  1. The GM will announce which stat you're rolling, Cunning, Cute, or Scramble.
  2. Roll a number of d6s equal to the stat in question.
  3. If any die is a 5 or 6, you succeed and the GM will tell you what happens.
  4. If you fail, you'll usually incur either hunger or danger.

Hunger and Danger

If either your hunger or danger track is filled up (two boxes) you are incapacitated until another raccoon can help you out.

If both tracks are filled up, you're out until the end of the session.

Completing the Heist

Once you've stolen the train, dealt with the opposition, and acquired the snacks, you win! Scatter!
